Well, hello there!

Welcome to my first post! Wow. Honestly I don’t even know how to start this or really what to write. Hopefully, you’ve seen the rest of my site and you know a little bit about me already, but if not… Allow me to introduce myself. Hi, I’m Rashell Shayde. I like to write really cool stories and be the little weirdo that I was born to be. I want to share my stories and my story with you all in hopes that it will help others not feel so alone. I want to offer all the people that are misfits and outcasts a place to belong within my worlds and in my circle.

So, to kick off my first post… Happy Fall, y’all! Fall is my favorite time of year. I love Halloween and all things witchy/spooky. This time of year is when I’m really in my element. I bake and cook a lot of really fun foods, I drink hot cider, maybe make a simmer pot and try to get out in nature more. One thing that you’ll find throughout my site and on my social media is that I LOVE photography. I’m trying to get back into taking more pictures and just being better about that (maybe you guys can pester me about it to keep it on my mind). I haven’t been writing the past couple of weeks, because I’ve been working on another one of my favorite fall activities and that’s costumes! I love dressing up, because it helps me get in touch with my inner child and I feel so free and alive when I do it. I’m making a lot of my costume this year and I’ll be sure to post pictures on my socials as well as here. I’m going to be a vampire bat. I’m making my wings because I couldn’t find any that I liked at the stores in my hometown. I crochet (I know, old lady thing, but it’s fun), so I’m almost done with them! I’ll probably get back into writing next week sometime (hopefully). I’m trying to think of fun ideas to help give you guys more insight into the characters and the world that make up Evander. So, once I get that all worked out, I’ll be sharing some super fun stuff with you all. Man, I feel like I’m just rambling and word vomiting at you. It’s just because I’m so excited for all the things that are to come!!!
